How can gourmet chocolate be reinvented? François Pralus, grandson of the founder of the Pralus house, wanted to create an innovative product. It took him three years of research and development, experimenting with different ingredients before finding the secret of Cubissime. Cubissime is made entirely in France, from start to finish. It combines extremely refined chocolate, praline crunchy hazelnuts, and gold leaf (24 carats). To limit waste, it comes in a reusable gold leaf pouch. The capsules are designed to be stacked, like cubic building blocks.
